Hi,
First of all I'm going to warn you, I'm one of those members you might be seeing once and after that never again. Anyway.. I didn't register for nothing so:
Problem with Teamspeak
Sometimes I turn my computer into Hibernate while Teamspeak is still running. When I 'wake' my computer it appears that Teamspeak was never really 'disconnected', but this is not really the problem. The real problem is that the programvoice and the voices of other people are very shaky and distored then. Although this is fixed by just restarting the program, I thought you might want to know this.
Suggestion
This idea just suddenly popped up in my head.. I searched on the internet and on this forum but did not find anything really similar. What if teamspeak could use 5.1 / 7.1 surround or just stereo to replicate 'real life communication'. What I mean is that every person you are talking with is 'placed' on an other speaker.. (or if there are a lot .. 2 on 1 speaker) which gives the idea you are actually sitting between them.
Not only would this add a great option to TS imo, but this is also more familar and better for men to work with, cos we are naturally used to hear people from all kinds of locations and our ears are much more capable of filtering different voices if they come in from multiple directions. (meaning you can hear and understand 2 people talking a same time more easily).
I know that when less speakers are used it is also much harder to hear the person due to less volume.. but the program has to automatically crank up the volume if set to 5.1 surround.
Thanks for taking time to read this
