Socket error 11004 - Valid name, no data record of requested type

OK I'm trying to get this girl to be able to come into my clans teamspeak channel. She keeps getting the Socket Error. Appearantly that specific socket error means Socket error 11004 - Valid name, no data record of requested type. I don't know what that means, or how to fix it, can someone please help me help her. What will them internets come up with next?

Thank you for this friendly response. But I already saw that sticky post... which is where I got the info I stated above. That post only tells me what that particular error message means, not what to do about it... which is why I posted this. Please don't give me a hard time, I really don't deserve it. I'm just looking for some help.

Ok I've looked through all of these and none are relevant because she is using an IP not a domain name. So could I please get some help now?

Have her screenshot the dialog where she entered the IP (just before she hits ok and gets the error). Then have a hearty laugh (or post it here so we can)
