My internet connection is dialup/56k/modem. I live in the country so I do not have access to High Speed. My connection on TS is poor. I can hear others fairly well, but whenver I talk I chop up constantly. I know this is because of my connection but I'm wondering if there is a way to get around this.
Help would be appreciated.

Use codecs with lower bandwith usage.
