Another TS2PerlMod Question

Question is:

Is there a way to change the limit of how many times a user can switch back from channels to channels. It seems like the TS2PerlMod I have installed only lets users change their channels 3 times in like 5-8 seconds, somewhere around there. After 3 channel changes in 5-8 seconds, the user gets kicked for 5 minutes.

Is there a setting i can change to make change their channels atleast 10 times in 10 seconds before they get kicked?

(TS2PerlMod is the only 3rd Party Application installed on my 2.0.23.13 TS2)

This is a normal Serverfunction. You can change it with Superadminrights in the Webadmin.
There a the Global Settings where you can set the "Spam Settings".
