My old guild in an MMO used to meet in Teamspeak 2 4-5 days a week in its hayday, the TS2 server is still up but it has been abandoned by the players. Is there anyway i can get the email of the creator? or is thier anyway to contact him from the server, i still have the IP and password and can still log in

Search on the server with the port 8767 (mostly the main-server).
Perhaps there is a link to a homepage or on your server is a banner?

Search for his nick!

If the server is a public one, try getting the playerlist via TCP Query.

Telnet is a Windows-Application, which you can start with Start->Execute->Telnet.

Please use the forum-search for additional information to the use of Telnet.

You are right, but that's a bit misleading. TELNET is mainly a network protocol, but "telnet" also refers to the program which provides the client part of the protocol.

See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Telnet.
