My soundcard: Creative Labs SB Audigy LS
OS: Ubuntu Dapper 6.06
Teamspeak version: 2.0.32.60

I'm using both sound/mic input with ALSA, which works fine in Ubuntu for about anything.
Teamspeak doesn't like it though, with /dev/dsp or /dev/adsp, I get no sound at all.
Nobody hears me on Teamspeak, I can't hear them either.

Anything I could try?

Nvm, found out the 'Creative Labs SB Audigy LS' only supports one audio stream at a time.

Ive got dapper on a few machines and ts always works right out of the box. I did tweak the ubuntu sound settings though.

My main pc I have audigy and an on-board soundmax. games/tunes/movies use the audigy + surround speakers, and ts gets the soundmax + headset. Works Great! :)

I think ts3 (due out this year???) will have alsa support.
