I was just wondering how to place an image into a channel description.
I've seen it done before on some TS channels, but don't know how to do it on my own.
ps. if this is some kind of addon/script and this is the wrong section to ask then I applogise!

It is not in the channel description
Its a server banner
[ISP]
GFX URL=
In your server.ini

So in .ini file you just add:
just as an example
[ISP]
GFX URL=http://forum.goteamspeak.com/template/images/buttons/reply.gif
... and there's no "" around the URL or anything.
Also what is that [ISP] part for? Surely you only need the "GFX URL=" line?
[edit] and then this image appears under the channel description right?

Ah, yes, I searched the FAQ thoroughly before posting, but I was searching for "image" or "picture" instead of "banner" and hence I didn't find that... my bad. Thanks.

Yeah, put that on
And Restart the server
You DO need the ISP part
Im not exactly sure what it is for, but it is needed
Im not exactly sure what it is for, but it is needed
It's to get information from the ISP. Like the URL.
That's what the "POST URL" and the other option is for in your webadmin server configuration.

That's funny. Your avatar says 'just do it' while you post says 'don't let him do it'. Rofl.

Its one of his tricks of the trade, so he will feel less cool if you do. However, I would like to know as well.
See: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DrWKtaGRtTs
Or more specifically Quote:

I do not reveal how i do my codes, scripts, and ways of hacking teamspeaks that is r0w clan only."
That was possible with an old version of the server. Because of the weird error-message in the client when clicking on a channel, this is fixed in server and client.

So are you saying it is no longer possible to use Wingdings in the channel description in the latest version of TS?
With the newest server- and client-version, I think not.

You cant place an actuall image in the Channel Description, Yes in the Server.ini you can, but in an actuall channel you cant the only way to do that is coding ive seen that before and its not really an image, its a webdings image and that has to do with C++ code im pretty sure, but that causes erros with ts as well as your teamspeak text to mess up. But as everyone showed use the image code for it and paste the http://www.w/eaddress.com in it and you will see the banner image
