Hi there,
Im thinking of hosting free teamspeak servers for people. Is it possible to host multiple teamspeak servers on a standard dsl line?
I really need some advice, what are the best ways of doing and looking into this?
If anyone is interested in starting something like this with me, then please dont hesitate to contact me!

thanks,

thanks,

Well, for few users that shouldn't cause problems. But when (if?) you get more people online, and speaking at same time, I think that the poor uplink of dsl isn't enough. Also, if you want to keep possible users happy,
1) uptime must be nearly 100%
2) ping must be low
3) security must be in good condition

You should fill all three things before even thinking about hosting teamspeak2.

And you should carefully read the TeamSpeak End User License Agreement (http://www.goteamspeak.com/index.php?page=eula).

256 isnt enough, and 512 upload is still not much better

You couldnt probably have much more than 10-15 people without experiencing problems

yeah, as above, you will need some decent speed or people may well get annoyed.
