Hey, i just recently purchased a low-end vps server, and was wondering how many teamspeak servers i can host?
specs:
64mb ram
1 ip
100gb bandwidth on a 100mbps line

As you got one IP you can host one server. All depends how many people joins the teamspeak. You should go on testing it first.
1 person per processor.

It's not really the hardware as Teamspeak is very good like that. IP addy is fine as you just run multiple servers under different ports. What you really need to do is to calculate how many users the bandwidth will cope with and then work out from that how many servers based on users per server. The calculations for bandwidth usage is at http://www.goteamspeak.com/index.php?page=faq&id=2&item=34#q34

If you're only running on, say 3k codecs, you wouldn't have any problem.
If you're running at 25.9k, you'll be easting a lot more of your bandwidth, and you'll start to get clipping (I think).
You have to computer how much bandwidth you have, and then see how many times your chosen codec can go into that bandwidth.
