configuration without webinterface

hi,
how can i configurate the ts²-server withotu a webinterface?
Like superadmin / Admin just via telnet,ssh,ftp
webinterface or other web-apps aren´t working so i can´t use it :/

if you read over the tcp query docs you should be able to do everything through there
it won't be pretty, but it works
