Better Codec(s)

Hey, I run teamspeak and would use vent but I cannot for several reasons. The main Reason I don't use TS as much is because of the Codecs and a few other things. I wanted to know if it is possible to add custom codecs that are high quality to the server? I really want like 44khz codecs and such. Please if this is possible teach me how I want High Quality codecs on my TS. I want to be able to use custom codecs. So Is this possible?
