People can hardly hear me!!!!

when im in ts, in order for people to hear me good is for me to practically make love to my mic. but when i host a ts server, that dont even work. no body can really hear me.

i have a hercules: muse sound card, and a working mic.

i set my settings in ts to high priority, and every mic. volume settings that i have on my pc is set to the highest volume you can set it to. the first time i had ts, i had no problems with this.....

please tell me something other than "turn up ur mic." because it is!!

never mind, i figured it out. ihad to enable a mic. booster in one of the settings that were hidden, so i fixed it.
