All accounts lost TWICE

:eek: I rent a VPS from a datacenter. I am legally blind & I never ssh into my own server, too hard to read the command line.
The datacenter set up TS for me. It failed to load & they reset it or rebooted it. ALL my members cannot get in. :mad:

I am really hoping there is a simple way to reload a member list or something. Otherwise everytime the server restarts team, I'm going to lose all my members.
It also resets the admin & super admin passwords......

Please Help me out

In my opinion, the user who started the server has not enough permissions to save the data in the database.

Please check that
