I'm not realy sure if is it a good idea but is it possible.
I remember that someone says me once about a TeamSpeak wich is recently used because (i don't know played or read it directly) they transfered the someone who reading Harry potter book.

BUT yes you can use the same way like "VENTRILO" TeamSpeak bridge (http://forum.goteamspeak.com/showthread.php?t=27882) :
go to the windows settings of you volume control and choose in menu ?? - Properties
here change playing to recording - > push OK and now choose checkbox under stereo mixer (maybe change the volume too) close it
// so in stupid short you changed recording part of soundcard to all Win apps
And know everything you heard from you soudcard will heard TeamSpeak client as well.
So I suggest turn off in TeamSpeak settings Sound Notifications, and maybe you should change a voice activation or set it push to talk
I personaly hate windows sounds notifications as well.

I suggest some testing before using because of volume settings (experience)
When you want use mic again you should again set it in volume control (checkbox under mark microphone)

Is it Up to you
