Got a bad response from server... Please Help Me

Okay, heres the deal, I want to join a halo clan, but a requirement is teamspeak... i have teamspeak 2 rc2 2032... I put the ip in and checked it over and over, i made sure all of the info was correct... And every time, it says " got a bad response from server " if anyone has an idea of something i could do, please tell me, if you would like, add my xfire : mellogamer
