Push to talk/windows vista issue

Hi Guys

Hoping someone can help me.

Running Win Vista Home Premium and the latest version of Teamspeak while Playing EVE.

I use the push to talk button and set the ctrl button for it whihc works no probs when i ran XP. now with vista it seems the only way i can be heard/mic will activate is if Temaspeak is maximised and on screen. When i hit ctrl and speek while teamspeak is in system tray (like it was in xp) but nothing will go thorugh, i have to maximise teamspeak and bring it up on screen then press ctrl which is nbot very handy when on eve.

Tried setting a new push to talk button, numerous settings thorugh windows nothing helps.

any suggestions?

i cant talk on TS when i have a game on the front.....

I can now push to talk. Right click on the TeamSpeak Icon, click properties. Check the box "Run this program in compatibiliy mode for:" choose Windows XP(Service Pack 2).
Check the box "Run this program as an Administrator".
