Could you tell me please what type of connection do you have? Are you on broadband or dial-up?
I tested TS on dial-up / ISDN and all went wrong.
Also what settings did you have in TS ?

i have a adsl 1024/512 connection.

we used the best codec (16.4 gsm).

in this codec the bandwidth use is 2 k/sec.
the lowest one use 700 bytes/sec which mean almost all users should be able to get a decent flow.

BUT on lower connection and over sold services (uk biig problem) u have packetloss which will give broken comms any day nomatter how big your connection is.

server is running on the same lan different machine (p3 700)
