Hi,
when I use teamspeak and start games (so far Ghost Recon and GRAW, both fully patched) I get an alarm from my firewall saying that teamspeak has attempted to inject code anf the target is the games executable. When I'm in game my mouse cursor won't move. I've just built a new pc, I never had any problems with my old one. Anyone seen this before?
What is the name of your firewall?

Sunbelt Kerio Personal Firewall. OS is XP Home, ASUS mobo with onboard RealTek HD Audio.
The TeamSpeak-Client won't inject any code in any executables.
Make sure, that you have download the client from our Download-Page (http://www.goteamspeak.com/index.php?page=downloads). If you haven't, re-download and re-install it, please.

That's where I got it from. Tried the normal and beta versions. When I'm running teamspeak I get the problem with Ghost Recon, GRAW and FEAR.
I tried starting up the game first, then TS and got the same error in reverse - ie the game .exe tries to inject code into Teamspeak.exe. I then get a TS error - "An undetermined error occurred in the DirectInput subsystem. This value is equal to the E_FAIL standard COM return value.
Ah, now I understand what you mean.
The firewalls throw this error, because the client injects the KeyPress.dll into your system.
This library sets a hook into your system, so always when you press a key, the client will be informed about that.
The KeyPress.dll is necessary for keybindings and push-to-talk.
Some firewalls "think", that this library is used by a keylogger. But cool down, the TeamSpeak 2 Client won't log any passwords or something else. :p

OK thanks Thomas, I didn't think it would be anything like that as my old pc worked fine with the same firewall. It's just really annoying having to start the game first then alt-tab to start TS. Plus if the game crashes I have to leave TS before restarting.
