I am not sure what else to try and fix this problem so I am posting here.

When I play World of Warcraft I am fine until I use TeamSpeak in instances. When I do, I crash out and get a game error. If I play in that instance without TeamSpeak, I am fine, so I am lead to believe it is a software issue between my computer, WoW and Teamspeak. I have uninstalled TeamSpeak and reinstalled at least 5 times. Each time my address information for all the different servers I log into is saved which seems strange to me. I have even searched my registry information and deleted files from there that have TeamSpeak in the names.

I am looking for any ideas/suggestions as to what to try and fix this situation. To give a little more background, I've already uninstalled and reinstalled WoW three times to try and fix this. I found I had a bad stick of RAM and bought a new one. I have update drivers except for my soundcard because it is on my motherboard and I'm not quite sure how to do that. I'm to the point of buying an alternate soundcard to see if that would help.

Any advice would be appreciated.

C:\Documents and Settings\Kai\Application Data\teamspeak2

Change Kai to your account name.

What does the messsage contain for the error?

I tried to go to C:\Documents and Settings\mynamehere\Application Data\teamspeak2 but I get as far as C:\Documents and Settings\mynamehere and don't see an Application Data folder. What I do see is Cookies, Desktop, Favorites, Incomplete, My Documents, Shared, Start Menu, UserData and WINDOWS.

For the error, it is a generic 132 error that Blizzard isn't much help with. This application has encountered a critical error:

ERROR #132 (0x85100084) Fatal Exception
Program: C:\Program Files\World of Warcraft\WoW.exe
Exception: 0xC0000005 (ACCESS_VIOLATION) at 001B:FF800000

The instruction at "0xFF800000" referenced memory at "0xFF800000".
The memory could not be "read".

I've done numerous tests and did find there was a bad stick of ram like I mentioned before. And other than the fact I can't use TeamSpeak in WoW, I work fine. Thanks for any suggestions you might have!

Tools>folder options>view>show hidden files.

Will look around to see what the error means. Sounds like it has to do something with ram.

It's on the world of warcraft side.

It's a WoW error; not teamspeak error.
