Lower music volume on incoming message

I was wondering if there was a way to lower the music of my media player to bout 25% when someone is talking. Either if Team Speak has the feture or a specific media player would alow me to do that. I use a headset and i like to bumb my music to the max but then i cant hear my friends over teamspeak when they talk. They suggested i just have my music half way down but thats lame i would rather have it be lowered down when they talk.

So if anyone could point me to plugin or guide me how to set it up or recommend a media player that would allow it, it would be greatly appriciated.
