People can hear there voices echo through my mic but cant hear me talk

already posted many times as anwer for question from the other end.
when someone wants to send by TS sounds from his pc not mic

well you can see that I didn't remember how to find it ... so I use word wich should be there like in your post ... funny isn't it ? ( hear )
