even a cursory check would show you that the domain is not owned by TS:

secondly, the download version numbers are absurd. there is no 3.0 yet none the less a 3.01.*

third, the different "clients" have identical md5sums despite supposedly being different packages.

fourth, the actual download links on the eula pages go to an ip server somewhere else. i havent downloaded anything to test, but i guarantee it will be either viruses or adware or something else

also have a look at the "screenshots" page... that pic is laughable.
