Limiting CA to one channel?

I've spent the last thirty minutes on the forums looking for an answer and I've probably just missed it. Could someone point me in the right direction for information on if its possible to limit someone to being a CA in one channel, and if so, how?

drag them in the desired channel, right click on them and select Channel Admin.
Under the standard setup you can do this. When they join another channel they will not have CA.
And only for registered members it will remember that they are CA.

Are there any security concerns to this? Of course, permissions would be set in a limited fashion, anything else I need to do to secure the server? from a rogue CA?

Edit the settings on the server admin panel. Make it suiting to your liking. If you set there possibility's to just a few things there shouldnt be a sec.issue.
because they can only CA in the channel you gave them rights to.
