Ok every registered member connects on the teamspeak server they get SA automatically!!
Every unregistered guest gets SA automatically with the previous login details they had before (after there registration got removed)

Sounds like your superserveradmin account has been compromised. After having SSA-access to the server, it's pretty easy to build auto-SA script using TCPQuery.

Recommended actions:
- Change SSA & SA paswords.
- Remove SA rights from all that shouldn't have that right.
- Change tcpquery and webaccess ports, while they still can be found with portscan.
- And finally, update your server to version 2.0.23.15 if you haven't done it yet.
