Using Windows Vista, generic onboard sound card.
Say there's 5 people on the server. three people will sound normal, and two will sound quiet.
Of the two that are quiet, the other three can hear them perfectly fine.
Is this a latency thing? I'm in NYC and the server is in texas or something
