You don't seem to understand how TeamSpeak works.

TeamSpeak is a server application that anyone can run. I could, for example, create a user account named "Swim" on my server - but unless you plan to hang out on my server, it isn't going to do you a lot of good.

Use the web address list to find a server you like, and register your own account there.
