I got TS about a week ago. I installed it and used it to talk to my clan on Star Wars BF1. I had just gotten it up and running, and I got into the {KOF} server (my clan.) My CPU usage was at 100% and stayed there until I managed to get it closed using Task Manager. I uninstalled and reinstalled it without having McAfee VirusScan running. Still the same problem. I'm running a 2.66 Ghz Intel Celeron with 1.3 Gigs of DDR ram. My sound device is SoundMAX Integated Digital Audio and is onboard. Does anyone know how to fix this problem?

Teamspeak usually doesn't react that way unless a 3rd party application is acting upon it.

Say this:

Your friend gives you a 3rd party application. Such as a spammer, helpful tool, voice changer, et cetera.

Well, if that program has a bug in it, it usually conflicts trying to send a certain data string into TeamSpeak, making TeamSpeak work harder.

If this is not the case, I have no idea. Computers are mysterious.

EDIT: Try doing a spyware/antivirus scan in SAFE MODE.
