Well, I have run TS before with windows, and Now I am trying to get it to work with Ubuntu linux. I downloaded it, installed, and started it fine. Got the passwords no problem.
My problem is that I do not know what IP to enter into teh browser to configure it.
I am running a Lynksys router with DHCP. 5 machines, with one being wireless. 4 Windows, and the one ubuntu Linux.

What I p do I use. My router WAN ip? or the internal 192.168.x.x one?

BTW, I tried them both, and didnt work...

Ideas?

for inside your network use the LAN ip, for users elsewere use the WAN ip.

And have you setup all portforwarding in the router? Any firewalls running?

No Software firewalls. (Tried Smoothwall, but needed an extra NIC to make it work :-))

Have not turned on port forwarding. I didnt think I needed it for my internal LAN.

Is that the 8767 port? What ports exactly, again? ( I know I know. I am being lazy!)

Thanks for your help!!!

TCP -- 51234
TCP -- 14534
UDP -- 8767 (Some ppl need TCP & UDP for this one)

Defaults at least...

If its the default install, i.e. you have not changed any port settings to access the configuration it is
