Hosting prob?

I have done all of the things i now to do but when i give someone my Ip address and server info it doesnt work, iam hosting it myself, please help?

Post system specs and network specs... we need to know what kind of router, how old, ports forwarded, firewall info... etc... Screenshots always help.

Iam connected to a wireless system, using a netgear router(if better spec needed wil tell u), i have zonealarm pro using a firewall, anything else please ask
