I am sorry. I thought that I had figured it out but I have not. Need help.
Could you give us information about your router port forwarding settings and firewall settings.

I have no clue about the first 1 and 2nd one. I don't know how to access either 1 to tell you. I have windows fire wall on. That is all I know. It has exceptions for this program if that helps.
Do you have a router.
If you can not access it then you will not be able to set up the Teamspeak.

Do you mean wireless or like a black box with lights that u stick a cord in that u can't use as a wireless?
Come straight form your wall there is a cord, then modem, the cord then, router(wireless in you case). Do you have a manual for it still. If not what model do you have?

I have already done that. It does not work for me. It is something else, but thank you though. I think for some reason it may not be sending it out. When they try to log on it says that TS Server says The TeamSpeak Server is not up.
you give them not your computer iP? you need to give them your internet ip so that is what he said in the first one
find:
http://www.whatismyip.com (http://www.whatismyip.com/)
and did you allow the ports you need in you firewall and you router? btw that ip in you router that than you need not you internet ip self but another internet ip that that you cant find on internet.
i got a dutch computer so i cant translatue it XD srry someone else can tell it you.
