500 Server @ Webpost laggy

ich habe einen 1ghz vroot der mit ca 500 angebundenen ts-server im webpost-script sehr stark ausgelastet ist... gibt es eine möglichkeit den update-intervall zu erhöhen um die last zu verringern?

here is the english translation :

i have a 1ghz virtual root with 256mb ram and about 500 teamspeakserver connected to the webpost-script and my load avg says 6 or 7 and sometimes 8, caused by mysql...

is there any solution to increase the update-interval?

lol download the program to see. Then realized after a couple of minutes what the process webpost uses and confirmed it by searching on the forum.
