Hello there.

I Have serched the forums and manualy scanned the posts if there were anyone who has the same problem as i, but i didn't find a match.

I have installed TS 'english' on a pc that i use as server for TS purpus only.
I have no firewall or other things installed on that server and i have disabled the windows security center aswell.

The problem is that a few persons can't connect to my TS and they get this error message :

[21:49:41] No reply from server
Maybe the server is offline
or maybe teamspeak is not running on it.

out of 20 users 3 can't login on my TS.

I myself can connect to the TS via the LAN and the other users connects vis WAN / internet without problems. The few users trying to connect to my TS is via the WAN / internet aswell but they can't get in.

My server is running behind 2 routers which is a must for my wireless to my laptop (( note that my server is cabled and not wireless ))

In my routers i have opend/forwarded all ports needed and trggered em aswell.
I have tried to change the port to some thing else like 31070 and so on, but it dosn't change a thing.

The users who can't connect to my TS have no problems with connecting to another TS server that a friend of mine is hosting, but we can't use his cause he have a very little internet connection.

Does any of this ring a little bell ??

I realy need some pro help with this issue, cause it's killing me and it makes no sense to me at all.

Yours faithfully
Paladine.

I've had this issue before, I was using the port 1337 just for kicks, and a buddy couldn't connect so I had to change it. I've heard that using even ports (xx00) work better. For instance, the ports I usually use are starting at 2000 and such.

From the FAQ:
Q:Some people can't connect to my server, some can. How to fix? (http://www.goteamspeak.com/index.php?page=faq&id=4&item=41#q41)

Ohh that made me happy.

i changed this : BoundToIp1=192.168.1.100 (( the IP is my TS server LAN IP ))

it still dosn't work.

i ran a test from the test server which was listed in that FAQ, results :

Performing UDP test...
» Establish a connection with the server OK
» Verify that it is a TeamSpeak 2 server OK
» Perform connection handshake OK
» Retreive a list of active channels OK

Performing TCP test...
» Establish a connection with the server OK
» Verify that it is a TeamSpeak 2 server OK
» Retreive the servers global information OK

Performing HTTP test...
» Establish a connection with the server OK
» Verify that it is a TeamSpeak 2 server OK
» Retreive the servers version information OK

So all seems pretty good, but... it still dosn't work for the users who can't connect.

What do i do next ??
