Telnet Vulnerability for TS SERVERS

Yes hackers with no skills can get into many many servers with telnet and it allows them to do ANYTHING. The only way to block this vulnerability is via the Super Admin control and some TS providers like mine, won't allow SA access due to even more vulnerabilities to the network. Please address this issue immediately. At this time it's looking like we might need another provider. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to deal with this back door?

Yeah, you can get telnet access, but you still have to login....
