i cant remember how to get into the web admin of my ts server from a different computer, i need to delete an admin who tried to lock me out. i have a separate admin i can log in as, but whats the ip that i have to connect to or the website i have to connect to?

Do you know your WAN IP? (Wide Area Network) If you know that, then put that IP plus your HTTP port number at the end of that.
