Superadmin website admin options

HI all

I'm new to all this and i'm stumbling my way though things. I have now come across something and i don't know if it's a problem or something I've done or not done.
When I first installed the TS2 server exe and logged onto the website via superadmin I had access to the SERVER SPECIFIC SETTINGS options. However I no longer see these options when I log in as a Superadmin even though I do when I log in as a normal Admin?

Is this correct, is there something wrong on the website, am I missing something or have I done / not done something??

I see now you h ave to select the actual before beinig given these options.
