computer restarts when someone connects to my server...

Hello everyone, i recently set up a server for my clan.

My computer runs on vista, it is a pentium duo, 1gig ram, 250gig mem, geforce graphics, blah blah blah, definately doesnt lack in the performance departement... yet it whenever someone connects to my server, it restarts my computer instantly -.- any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have not heard of this problem before and can not think of a solution, but I have you some rep. just for not having the same problem as everyone else that first post.

i was reading through other similar problems, and often there is driver conflict mentioned or device conflict.... could anyone please help explain? My headpiece is connected fine, and i dont know what sound card i have, i only got the computer given to me yesterday.
