Anonymous users can't talk

As the title says, anonymous members can't talk in my server, I want them to be able to talk. how can I make it so, that they can talk

Server is running on: Windows XP SP2
hardware: irrelevant info
server software: 2.0.20.1

The moment I give the anonymous people voice or autovoice they can talk, but I want them to talk without giving them that stuff,

My second question is, how can I backup my settings, and channels, it would be a disaster if they were lost,

Are the channels moderated?

If so, remove the moderation



To backup - Make a copy of server.dbs and server.ini
