I can connect, others can't

I've read through the tutorials as well as other user posts, have tried the connection test and I can't seem to resolve this issue.

Ports have been forwarded http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v491/empyrealistic/pf.jpg
though, to even get on my own server I had to use the localhost:8767 at first, until I changed the port forward range to 8767-8768, which then allowed me to log in using the client.

Exception has been made to the windows xp firewall http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v491/empyrealistic/fw.jpg

And I have give out the correct IP address http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v491/empyrealistic/ip.jpg

I'm at a complete loss here. Any suggestions?

In the Win XP firewall I can only see the exception as the actual executable, you will need to add port exceptions to the firewall on XP aswell.
