View Full Version : Socket #11001 error
now i know this may sound like a stupid question .. but can anyone tell me what this error means?? my g/f has tried to login to my ts server on two port's ... 8767 and 8768 and gets this error every time on both ports .... i have a router that has been told to open both ports for ts but it only allows me to access the 8768 port ... can anyone tell me why?
thnx

After You see description of that error, You should be able to read it.
It says "can't resolve Your DNS to IP". So it's a problem with her DNS configuration or with name she entered in connection record.

so you would enter the ip instead of the dns, because the dns is not working. I know this has been mentioned a few times.
