connecting ts2 to remote db server

i am trying to connect the ts server to the db my website runs on and am not having any luck at all.
here is what i have

ive opened th ports to the ip the ts runs on and the port for the db
all i get is an error

ive been workin at this for a week and am dumb founded
if theres some one that can help me set this up i will pay

OK I ended up having to insatll mysql client 10 though Yum
and saw some love !! it wrote the nessisary tables i needed but then the server aborted and i got this
dbExpress Error: Operation Not Supported
