We have a ts server running for about 6 months now, everything worked just fine untill we had to reboot the server.
80% of the users can login without any problem and others (who could still connect the day before the reboot) can not reconnect anymore. The error says that the server is unreachable and that ts may not be running on it.
I justed tested 2 mins ago and 32 people are online and 7 can not connect and do get the server is offline message.
Please advise,
