Microsoft Exchange and TS

I'm planning on installing TS on my server.

Currently my server is a standard PC, Windows Server 2003. But it currently hosts .NET websites (very small, 1 or two hits a day), Microsoft Exchange with OWA, it's also my Domain Controller and DNS.

Has anyone ever installed TS on a server that is hosting Exchange OWA, and other websites?
Is there anything I should be aware of when installing TS in this type of environment?

If it's too complicated I will probably just have a Virtual machine with 2000, or XP running inside the server with TS.

I've got Apache on mine, TS, azurues web interface


As long as they aint on the same port, should have no problem or anything


TS's web interface uses port 14534
