New to teamspeak server how do i set it up with MySQL?

Ok i have ran servers that use MySQL before so i know how to do it on the SQL side its the config file that confuses me

[DBEXPRESS]
sqldir=C:\MySQL
Drivername=mysql
Database=TeamSpeak
Hostname=localhost
User_name=root
Password=mypassword
GetDriverFunc=getSQLDriverMYSQL
VendorLib=libmySQL.dll
LibraryName=dbexpmysql.dll
Active=1

the error i get is :
