Teamspeak problem.

I started teamspeak tonight and i get a strange kind or error it always works fine but now im getting this error after i push ok it will run further but i cant speak becouse he dont recognise a microphone. I tested my Microphone and it works fine pls help..

direct sound works,
But still wave did not strange problem anyway i use direct sounds now
