im on teamspeak now, but when i speak my mates nearly hear me

when i use the test mode, i hear some weird bangs, can u plz help me

Start>Control Panel>Sounds and Audio Controls>Advanced>Options>Propertes>Recording(Make sure all boxes are ticked)>OK>Tick the One for microphone.

Make sure that the volume in all the way up and if you have mic boost try enabling it.
