after a restart , 3 members cannot log in....but everyone else can

I'm not sure what is going on, but i am hosting ts for a gameing clan and 3 of our members can not log back in after i did a restart and registry cleaner. its only the 3 people, and we can not figure it our. help please:(

If you did not close down the server properly then it would not have saved the changes.
