Hey what is the Team Speak's Default server?

There are no default servers. You can connect to the official TS server, that would be the closest to being a default server, as it would be the first one ever setup.

What do you exactly mean? IP / Port and the like? Or something else?

Just find out the server info on the server you want to connect to and fill in the blanks.
