How to setup a non-profit server?

Hi guys. I was browsing around the website and noticed I can set up a non-profit server for just me and my 2 brothers? We all game together, and the guild I'm in has TS, but I'm about to leave that guild and was looking to possibly start up my own TS server just for the 3 of us. If anyone has any info about if it'd be possible to do this and where to go to get started, I'd greatly appriciate it. Thanks!!

ok, I have the server all set up. I found a walkthrough in the forums (sorry, noob here). I clicked the Web Server List tab to find my server, but couldnt find it listed there. I have it set to public and password protected, but even showing all on the filters, still couldnt find it..any help?
