login failed

im useing windows xp and have tried useing both firefox and explore browsers

I just recently downloaded and instaled teamspeak cliant2 and server. Im trying to set up my server but can not get logged into it as the admin or the superadmin. When i go to log in after i type in the admin and the generic password and click log in all i get is a purple screen saying "Login failed. back to login page" I know that i am useing the correct password.

I have no previous experiance with team speak and am by no means a computer expert so please make your replies idiot frendly

The password you should be using, if never change from install, is in your server.log file.

Yes i know that. I have the server.log file opend up in note pad so i can see that im usein the correct password. and im not getting anytype of incorrect password error im getting a message that says "Login failed. back to login page"

The link that I posted allows you to create a superadmin account and it will give you the password. It was created to help people when they have lost all access to ts.
