When ever I try to log into the web admin feature it doesn't work, if I try to log into my super admin account it brings me to the normal login page...and if I try to log in as a normal admin or client it just says login failed. So I can't use the web admin to admin my server basically..if anybody knows anyway to fix this it would be greatly appreciated

*EDIT* nm found the problem was with the browser, didn't work with firefox or IE but it works with MSN *sigh*

Your problems was with not allowing cookies from the address.

I have essentially the same problem. First time I get a login failed message. After that the page just seems to refresh with the login box visible again. I don't block cookies period. This is with Firefox and IE.

Make sure that you login on the admin page with your admin account and not your superadmin account and reverse as well.

I have recently changed servers and during the transfer it reset all the settings I had for the different users. I cant log in with default username n pass, and I cant log in with anyother username or pass ( into the web admin area).

How can I get back in so I can fix up the settings again ?

Use this to create another SuperAdmin account.

Im not sure I understand the instructions on that...

1. Copy the server.dbs to the directory where sqlite.exe and serverdbs.bat are
2. Run serverdbs.bat
3. Have Fun!

I have TS on a linux server, and the server.dbs is on the server.... where as sqlite.exe and serverdbs_en.bat are those files downloaded

So do I take server.dbs and download it to my computer and put it in the folder where those other 2 files are? or how does this work exactly ?

I do not know how to do it for linux. What I posted was for windows as the person that started this topic was talking about windows.

You will have to look through the server.db file and interpret the information.
